I'm not sure I understand your question... The tarp doesn't try to pull out my stakes any more than any other tarp I have used... Push them in at the correct angle, make sure ground is secure or other wise secure the line in an extra way...
If the stakes come out the side will drape... But that's operator error and of no fault of the tarp in my opinion...
