Slept wrong the other night in bed and tweaked my back, had a hard time getting out of it this morning so I think I may have my first official overnight hang tonight (albeit indoors) to see how that helps the back.

chiropractic hammock, i think/hope it will work.
one co-pay to my chiro. = $35 ... 6 co-pays = a new hammock or quilt.
Beds are evil and used by spiders as hiding spots; can't trust them.
Hammocks fixed my back and I'll never go back to sleeping in a bed again. Hope it does the trick for you on your tweak.
Trust nobody!
Looking forward to an "all better" post in the morning. Maybe even mid-afternoon if you get a little sleep in time! Hope the back is better by then!
Must be in the water. I have a history of back issues and think my recent trans-Atlantic flight aggravated that. I've been laid up for two days now.
Look up before you hook up!!

Anytime my back is acting up it's a definite I set up the hammock in the backyard and the next morning all better. Seems like alot of hangers are going full time.
dealt with lower back issues on & off for yrs.
A hammock or my couch is the only place I can sleep & wake up not feeling lower back pain.
You'll be feeling like new tmwr!

A week now sleeping in a hammock and my back is feeling better than it has in years. I've had 2 back surgery's and have a Dr. recommended mattress that cost me $3,000 and my hammock is now looking like its going to be my full time sleeper wish I had found out about hammocks before I bought that mattress
