Yea Temp is Dropping

Pan, I think I might hit you up for some help with adjusting my nest.

Last night it only got down 20 degrees where I was it. I was using my nest, hammock sock, ccp, midweight top/bottom, socks, and 20 degree bag. I wasn't chilled, but I wasn't warm either.

On a previous trip it got down to 15 or less. I was directly exposed to the wind next to a lake and using the same setup. I was almost sweating that time.

The only thing that I can think of is that my underquilt was not adjusted right this time. It felt like it was tight enough without being too tight.

Looking forward to that, if by "we" you mean Bird Dog too. Cause I sure could use some help. By the way, Double B told me you spoke. He hung last weekend with his new gear and is as pleased as I am. However, hes convinced I got a cut! BD
