This is the only part if the rigging that I haven't figured out yet. Can anyone give me some ideas?
I've got shock cord and lash-it waiting for the job, but don't want to cut it until I'm sure.
I've decided that I don't want the side pull outs to be permanently fixed because I don't want them flapping around when not in use. My plan so far is to tie shock cord to one pull out, thread it through the other and tie it back on itself with a tensioning hitch (this would have to stay on permanently). The max length of shock cord would be twice the distance between the pull outs. In use, the shock cord would be extended and a 6ft length of lash-it fixed to it with a larks head to tie out to a tree or down to a peg.
Does this sound ok or am I over complicating the set up? Often there is a simple solution that I overlook.
Any advice would really be appreciated.
Thanks
Mark
