    Ordered yesterday!

How long should I make my huggers with these? I kinda want to make them smaller as most of the trees around me are small and I will be carrying some Amstel loops and soft shackles in case of the rare larger tree.

Can I get away with 4 foot or shorter huggers? Want to see them up so when the buckles come in I can go hang!!

I make the ones for customers 5.5 foot, however I use ones that are conciderably shorter. The trick is if the hugger is too short you can pass the whoopie through the loop and still catch the buckle. The whoopie is a little harder to adjust but it isn't bad at all. If you use this method you can get by with 4 foot slings. Some times I take on longer and use the longer one on teh bigger tree.

Afoot and light-hearted, I take to the open road,
Healthy, free, the world before me,
The long brown path before me, leading wherever I choose.

Dutch Buckles for tree ornaments! Fantastic... After all, they were designed to hang from a tree. That is the perfect use for them. Ho Ho Ho!
