Keep close to Nature's heart... and break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.

Thank you all for your thoughtful messages. My HH is not back yet, I hope I will meet many of you at all parts of the country soon. I have already been planning for my next trip. I actually have been looking at the hammocks for a while, now finally I will own one myself. I plan to hang it up in my living room as a lounger when not hanging outside. Anyone is doing the same? Do you hang in your room or leave it in the backyard?
I have a DIY hammock that I've been sleeping in for, well, a year tomorrow. Tried the hammock out, got rid of the bed a week later, not going back. The instructions are in the Paid side of this account. Best 10 bucks you can spend. Lots of DIY stuff.

I was wondering if anyone would like to go hammocking in the Kansas area any time soon. My hammock has come back and been modified. Please let me know!

We just got done with (the first ever?) Kansas City area hang in January. There's a hang coming up March 9-11 in the Ozarks that many of us might attend. Other than that, I don't know if I'll be able to drum up much interest in an April/May hang or not again...might be too soon for some folks.
There are a couple of us in the KC area, and even more up near Omaha.
hi there from okie city!
