    New to hanging

Just got a WBBB and set it up for the first time. It seems like the ridge line is too tight any ideas? do I have the angles wrong. I am new to this so I am not sure how to adjust the angles.

I havent used the WBBB yet (its on its way) but from what I've read you need to make sure you have the webbing coming off your hammock at a 30 degree angle and that will relieve some of the tension. I'm sure someone can give you a better explanation

You can loosen the hammock suspension a bit to create more sag, might have to move the straps higher up on the tree to keep an optimum sitting height, though.

as the others have stated , you can try to get the suspension angle close to 30 degrees, then set the ridge line so it is loose untill you lay in the hammock, and then it should be fairly tight, you should still be able to bend it some,
it just takes a couple of times to get the feel of it,
    good luck

Got it. I just needed to go a little higher on the tree.
