Not sure if these are mods, but:

I added a piece of shock cord that is tied to my foot end zipper and runs up to the ridgeline where it is connected using a mitten hook. I can use my feet to retrieve the zipper to close the bugnet after getting in.

I added few of prussik loops on the ridge line to: hang my head lamp, hang my glasses, hang a bag to put stuff in, tie a shock cord to my pillow bag to keep it from falling to my butt when I get out.

I added a small loop on the zipper side near the shoulder to keep the UQ locked into place. Don't always use it.

Same here on the tossing and turning. Added a loop at the zipper side near the shoulder and at the appropriate place near the footbox on the other side. Solved the 'lost underquilt' problem.

Imagine your BB all set up. Just take the tie out on the entrance side, put it inside the hammock and zip it closed. Now when you put it in the stuff sac, only the shelf side tie is exposed.

Great for throwing back the bug netting to just sit n read. When bugs aren't a problem that is.
+1 Only thing I've done to mod mine.

I will be adding some cord loops to my zipper slides. Someone suggested the glow pulls that Arrowhead sells but I'll probably settle for some yellow zing it since I have lots of it.

    Thumbs up

I have made a few mods / use techniques to make it easier.

    -Change suspension to whoopies

-Replaced the head end line lock on the bag to be a different color. This helps in knowing which end to tie first so I know what direction the zip will be facing.

-Put the zip side pullout in the bird so they don’t tangle

    -Zipper pulls from AHE.

-With the zip side pull out, I have taken the shock cord off the bird and attached a mitten clip to the line that loops out from hammock. The clip can then be attached to the shock cord and adjusted from lying in the hammock…. It’s the line lock that does the adjustment and this sits above when there the mitten clip is attached to the line.

-Triangle thingies help in getting the UQ in the right spot. Shug noted in one of his vids to make sure the UQ suspension on the right foot corner goes over your foot and that helps.

-Adjust, re-adjust and admire how well a properly adjusted UQ can stay where you want it. I have my corner shock cords set so they don’t need to be changed from hang to hang. The left shoulder and right foot lines are long and the opposites shorter so the UQ matches the angle Im lying.

The first round of changes can be seen in the below link

I do that too!! I also will go around to the shelf side and turn it inside out and put that tie-out into the newly made pocket. The new pocket will be going towards the hammock bottom, inside the hammock. When I stuff my hammock into it's stuff sack, I make sure that pocket with it's tie-out inside it, stays together. Now I've got both tie-out's secured and no tangling problems.

I haven't done any mods on my BB!! Kind of weird too because I did lots of changes on my Clark and I changed out the ropes on my HH. This is my first hammock that so far, is perfect right out of the box.

+1 on changing the string color on the stuff sack to id the head end. I tied a short piece of flagging tape to mine for that.

I believe that Brandon is now shipping his BB's with a 2" shorter ridgline. This has been a pretty recent change.
