    Yes but the license needed is for radioactive material handling. It is not your garden variety license that you go to the local gov. Office and apply. No this is hazardous materials. Hazmat suit when dealing with the material in raw form. Lol

    It's a short ( less than 5 min walk), but there is enough space to park along side the camp area to unload the car first.
