    oops, so sorry hooch about your trip. i am glad your shoulder is ok and you are feeling better. please make sure you let us know about the eno. i had mine now for almost 5 yrs and i have not seen a wear and tear on the seam, but i will go and take a look. once again sorry about your trip.

    Just to make sure I am understanding you right, it ripped in the side seam where the 2 pieces of fabric meet and not the edge seam?

    I try to inspect my hammock every couple of uses. I have noticed issues in my DIY hammocks that way. Usually caused by user error on my end.
    Is that too much to ask? Girls with frikkin' lasers on their heads?

    He he....your hammock. I've experienced three shoulder dislocations from whitewater kayaking. I have enough pics of bad shoulders.....thank you very much.

    Sorry to hear the bad news. That is something that should never happen to anyone. Hopefully they will replace your hammock.

    Be glad you were not hanging over a ravine, or on the edge of a mountain. I hope your shoulder feels better.

    that's the first i've herd of a ENO failing... but it would be interesting to know if there have been more. probably just one of those things where you get to be the lucky exception
    glad you didn't crack anything. & sorry that you wont be able to make it to hot springs.
    MAN... their dropping like flies ... but i think it's still going to be a big group.
