How about that shoe cleaner at the start of the trail! I’ll never see something like that here. The walk looks good on the map – I like a good loop. A very, very, very nice and interesting walk! It’s easy to see why you’ve been there before! Thanks for the video, MedicineMan! It’s a “must do” walk for anyone near by!

I plan to keep my digrat tail where Rayn stores his paracord, combining two things I learned from this hang.

Redoleary-so far on the AT i'm up to 1716 miles completed. On every one of those AT hikes I'm conscious of every milligram of pack weight so you know what I'm eating. These days on the weekend hikes I'm relaxing-quite a bit wieght wise (of course it helps I've taken 20 pounds off my personal frame!) and enjoying at least the evening meal and looking forward to it, the prep, and the fun of the stoves. It was fun digging out the old 99R, taking it apart and fettling it up to speed. Food on the long AT section hikes is necessary but not nec. fun...on this weekends hike it was wonderful!

I believe the inventor calls it a digrat tail - I'm not clever enough to come up with the perfect name.

We missed you on the hike. Foretunately digrat and Rayn can supply the one liners. I'd mention a few but as you know what happens at the hang stays at the hang.
