RBDodger and I just did a canoe/backpack trip in Sylvania Forest and I would love to go back... Where are you planning on hanging? Porcupine Mountains??

We haven't decided on a location yet. The Porkies would be a great spot. Other options could be Pictured Rocks or Craig Lake State Park. Any votes or other suggestions for a location?
Would like to, but the weekends are spoken for, besides we are getting beyond my equipments comfort range. Too new to hammocking to have the right gear for the weather we've been having. Craig Lake does sound great, have a blast.
So, who's in? November 4-6 at either Porkies of Pictured Rocks.
People in the UP have lots of great trees to hang from, but not so many have computers! http://www.geocities.ws/RodeoDrive/6473/cterms.html
So that's like a week and a half from now? I think I could do that.

Some of those pictures look familiar.

I'm out. I just started working weekends and my days off are during the week now.
Good luck,

Ah yes, familiar indeed! Those are just from this past weekend? I really like your sunset through the trees pic. https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-h...0/IMG_2024.JPG
