    Sure was wet, I have not seen that much water in years! So true, the camera died doing what it loved!

    I had a good camera pass on in the Linville Gorge. At least your went out in a wonderful spot. The river crossing must have made it give-out))))

    I was really looking forward to seeing the "wow" spot ya'll were looking for. Guess a return trip, when the water is down a bit, is in order. Looks like a beautiful area, thanks for sharing!

    Back in action

    Glad to say that I got a early Christmas present last night when my wife purchased a replacement camera.

    I went with the newer version of the same camera which is the Olympus tough GT310. Extended warranty to cover 3 years and the two spare batteries I have fit it which is a great thing.

    I’ll look forward to using it and sharing some more adventures shortly.

    That looks really good... everything proof! Can you see what's on the screen in full day light? Also, about how many minutes of video can you take per battery?
