    That'd be great, emcee!

Maybe I'll do another overnight ride out there to see everyone Sunday morning...I know the route well enough, for sure...hrm. Have to see if next Saturday is an home game for the basketball team. If it is, then I'll be leaving Sunday morning (I really don't want to get hit by some drunk driving out to Putnam County for beer after Alachua County stops selling at 02:00), but if it isn't, then I might stretch my legs Saturday night after work...

No sense testing their driving skills. I'll be heading out late morning.

I'll do my dead level best to be out there fairly early, either way. We'll see about the home game...I know a guy at work to ask...

Thanks! Assuming that work doesn't leave me dead on my feet, then, it's looking like an overnight ride! Should get in around ~4 to 5 AM or so. I'll try to keep the ruckus to a minimum...

FlRider, hope you've got some woolies for your ride!
Duffy & MightyMouse, look's like you will have a good test of your new gear.
Looks like mid 30's for Sat and Sun nights!

Awesome, a field test in real weather! Yay!

Got longjohns & hat & gloves...y'all are expert at fire-keeping, right?

Here's a detailed NOAA forecast for Sat/Sun (they haven't hit Monday yet, but will tomorrow) for that specific locale. Many thanks to DetailMan for showing how to get those in the 3rd Annual Hang planning thread.

I should be okay; it's looking like 30s to 40s, and I've got mitts (including water/windproof over mitts), wool socks, and a wool baselayer. I can throw my poncho on for more windblock if needed.

I can get one going, for sure...but I'm pretty sure that Duffy knows even better'n me. Emcee is also great at it; his fire skills at the Summer's Last Gasp hang were wonderful.

I don't care how cold it is. I have to get out of this place. The sooner the better. Hubby hasn't had a day off in 2 1/2 weeks.

Looking forward to seeing you in the morning on Sunday! And I definitely feel you on the mental health aspects of the trip.
