    Wife's First Hang

Got my wife a Blackbird Double Layer 1.0 (coyote) for her birthday and she got to use it for the fist time today. Still working on getting the wrinkles worked out on the line tension ect. Took her a couple of minutes to get comfortable and then she said "this is soft" and a few minutes after that she fell asleep. Got upset when a thunder and lighting storm came thru and she had to come inside.

As it is so hot and humid right now she left the bug netting open for the breeze.

We have one tree suitable for use as a hanging point and have set 2 4x4 post 15 feet away from the tree with large eye bolts thru the post.

Same Warbonnet that I have. It is sweet. Tell her to put her feet over to the other side and kick back. Mui comfortable!

I told her the same thing and the position you see her in in the photo is where she said she was most comfortable. We are still new to hanging so we still have a learning curve.

We have some camping trips planned for this fall and she asked if the state park we camp at has trees we can use and if we could take the hammocks to sleep in. I love it when a plan comes togeather.
