I questioned you about the reflectix crushing, but I put them in my regular hiking shoes and after 4 hours hiking in the Blue Hills on crunchy snow with temps in the 20's, my feet were nice and warm. Works great!!

I made lots of mistakes regarding my boots on that hang. Wish I would have put the reflectix soles in the first night they worked amazingly!
