so is the idea that we will camp at the same spot for the whole weekend and then explore from a central location during the days?
I will probably have to invest in snowshoes then.
good thing I double checked the dates- the correct ones are Jan 19-22 correct? this is a week after my birthday- old man swinging 50
I was on the Camp Miller website, but couldn't find a map of the camp. is there a specific campsite and parking area.

Hmm.. thats about 4 hours from me. I'll have to study on this some. If I can wrangle the time off, I might have to give it a try. Break in my winter burrow in style.(and probably my summer TQ too) I think between my winter incubator and sewn PLUQ with 3 layers of IX underneath it, I should be able to stay warm enough.
...be careful with IX in deep cold. Make sure it is between your hammock and your down.

I was thinking it would go between my incubator and the hammock.
Still hoping to get up for a night or two early....working on it)))))))
Hope it gets mighty, mighty cold.

We can use the woodworking shop at the camp so that if we set it up for either Thursday or Friday, Chef Shug and Fronkey will have a chance to carve either a pocket spoon or ladle.
