Had a great hang despite never seeing anybody. Lol! I got the last spot in the campgrounds Friday night. Definitely worth a return trip. Watched the banding but the wind coming from the wrong direction meant more people than birds. The zipper on my sleeping bag is on the wrong side, making entry/exit tricky. How do you keep fromigrating to a bunch in the middle of the hammock?

Hey all! Even though I wasn't at the Sods I had a very good weekend. My sister was in stall mode for almost a week, but this weekend she improved greatly and she's getting good care at Allegheny General in Pittsburgh. What a relief for us . . . And thanks for all the prayers and positive thoughts sent.
So I'd love to hear more about the hang. I've heard some. That the weather was great. There was a momma bear and cubs sighting during a day hike. There were Dutch and Hickery sightings.And CrackedUp chased a bear out of camp.
I heard the weather got a bit chilly at night and the hiking weather during the day was excellent.
wi1ecoyote glad you made it to the Sods. Sorry you missed everyone. Sounds like you were able to enjoy the camping though.
