Sam, I've sent you a PM already, but for anyone else, please PM for the PayPal info - I've already got way too much spam as it is to be posting the email addy here (sorry for the inconvenience)

Also, you can if necessary pay in person at the hang (though beforehand would be preferred just due to the nature of the financial needs of buying firewood and food)

Mebbe...let me check with the wife about rides to and from work for her; 4 PM is pretty close to when she needs to come on home most Tuesdays. Get back to you tomorrow.

Headed out tomorrow to try to work out the space requirements with the forester @ Cary State Forest - I was hoping to have to ask them for room for 30 hammocks, but from the looks of it we may only need room for 5 - am I missing something?

I'm looking to build a life sized Jenga set to play - any interest in this?

Can't. Wife is down with a serious cold; it's trying to edge into strep throat and only antibiotics are keeping it at bay. So, going to stay home and care for her today. Sorry about that.

So - just got done doing a walk through with one of the foresters over at Cary State Forest this afternoon - some awesome folks over there

We have a space about the size of a football field (maybe bigger) and a 100 foot perimeter around the site that is FULL of trees!

We are not limited to just that area, we discussed other areas that are open to us as well, but in just the one space I figured there was more than enough room for everyone. We could probably fit 50 hammocks or more in just that one space we looked at.

That all said, we've been asked to not block any trails or burn anything outside of the fire rings -

There are LOTS of trees! Some are more mature than others, so bring Your long straps, just in case.

There's a nice big spot for a campfire - the pit is probably 5-6 feet wide!

There's plenty room for tents as well, if that is needed. - and lots of room for the kids to run around and play

There are several trails, and lots of new fire-break trails that have just been cut, that I was told we could hike as well, if desired.

Lots of room - Lots of trails - Lots of trees - must mean lots of fun!!!

So, sign up, and come on over and have some fun

p.s. Somebody bring a ladder, so we can see how high we can get this Jenga tower!
