Will the net less RR come with some shock cord to use with the Spindrift?

GREAT point - I've already harassed Brandon about the spindrift not coming with its own set of shock cord, just to save a few grams on the stated weight, and this is an even better argument for it!

"I want to add loops inside the SD to use the net and the SD at the same time."I know it sounds crazy but in the Tx weather it would come in handy to be able to use a bug net and the SD.

My wife already added loops on the inside of her spindrift and bug net - not to connect the net to, but to hang a small light. They are definitely handy.

    I ordered one!

I ordered a RR no netting last night. This will be my first bridge hammock. I hope I am okay without the bug netting.

    Ordered one Friday

Received my RR No Net on Friday - there are advantages to living near the shop. Took a nap in it yesterday - nice hammock.

I placed an order for a single layer no-net last night. Combined with the Spindrift, it will be a very nice winter hanging setup, and pretty dang good on weight if you use your trekking poles for spreaders. It also nicely fixes my "putting the spindrift on is a pain" complaint - this hammock will be a dedicated winter hammock, and the spindrift will stay permanently installed.

I did the same thing last night Mustardman, with the same intent. You know what they say about great minds...

Just curious, what trekking poles are you using? Looking for a set that will work with it, thanks
