and if you get too tired hiking, "Hmm, must be time to cuddle up with baby for a nap!"
(That was a double hammock, right?)

FYI--------the number of kids must equal the number of hammocks. My kids have had some epic battles over whose turn it is in the hammock! Kids love hammocks!
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.

Lovin' it! get 'em started young, and they'll regard a hammock as their natural environment. Good On ya!

I think we have a poster child for HF such a cute picture
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

It's a single, but one person and the baby can nap... Mrs. BB needs to bring her own hammock (I should probably make her one first)

Next summer I was thinking of making a baby size hammock for her... I was wondering how old she'll need to be before I worry about her rolling herself out of it.

    Long drives = good idea.

Was the wife worried she might flip outta the hammock? Not exactly a baby crib with nice side-walls.
She just thought I was silly for wanting to take it. She wanted to turn back, and I said "Why don't we let the baby have her bottle in the hammock and have lunch, then we'll see?" Mrs. BB wanted to keep going after that. Happy ending.

I have a little one on the way. I've been playing with the idea of a baby hammock that hangs inside my hammock. So that the smaller one would sit just above me. effectively using me for an under quilt (under Dad???). I can't wait to get out there with the little one. Really cool see others on the same road.
