That is fantastic. I like the idea of doing double duty as an UQ.

One question I do have is...did you experience any discomfort in your knees when you put your feet up?

I'm thinking that having your legs extended and locked out may cause some stiffness in your knees. But I'm also thinking that maybe the chair supports the back of your thighs (since it looks like it goes down pretty far) and your butt sits low enough to put a little bend in your knees so it may not be an issue.
I wasn’t in the chair long enough to be conclusive but I did not experience discomfort (of any kind), I thought the Spreader running under the thighs would be a problem (isolated pressure)but it was fine. With the woopie suspension and movable foot rest, the whole rig is vary adjustable.

Very true and sound advice, I want to photograph the wildlife, not become a back country toll booth!

As a dedicated hammock chair user I love this idea. Great work.
Have you thought about having a sewn on stuff sack near the thigh area as a way to store phones and such. I have them on my travel hammocks and like the convenience.
Also do you have any pics of the chair used as an UQ?

The quality of your gear and execution never ceases to amaze. I'm very much a fan of the camo material you use. Great job and I look forward to seeing your next project.

Thanks, this compliment renders me “almost” speechless! Apologies for no stars on the “PayPal for Orders”, looking into what I can do to put some stars in that category. There has been a lot of great feedback and suggestions, not only from Forum Members but from people who are familiar with my DIY obsessions. I am currently drafting a version 1.1 and I think it would be cool to see what it looks like in a woodland camo.

Thanks Mate! I was thinking about a bishop bag on the suspension but, an accessible stuff doubling as gear pocket falls in with my multipurpose theme for this item. As for UQ pics, I will take a few and post tonight…

I'm ramping up for down arm and head gear next, I want to cover the body parts not consumed by the Snow Beast
