Where can you get those 1/2" nylon rings?

I want to make some mods that require the use of those little black rings, but I can't find them at OWF or on the internet.

Can anyone provide me with a source for these?

And like you I have not found a source. Some places sell them with mitten hooks (as a pair) but I have not seen them separately.

i found them at the fabric store. they are also called quilt hanging rings, but they are white and still as strong (not brittle)

Yarn shops and knitting stores should also have them in stock. They are used as stitch counters. You slide them on the needle after X# of stitches.
