Do they give out higher grades than that? I had my HH Explorer (first hammock ever) drop shipped directly to 2QZQ for a Mod4. After a couple emails Donna called directly to, well pretend to clarify my order, but in reality to educate me since it was clear I was taking noob to a new level. She was great and not surprisingly the 2-3 weeks quoted turned out to be just 2 and the quality was ridiculously good. I have no idea what I am doing (as evidenced by myfirst couple hangs) but hard not to be excited aout the prospects when dealing with such great folks. Thanks 2QZQ!

Donna is fantastic. Did a mod 4 on my HH last year and just did a repair to a defect in the HH. Not To be confused with a repair to her earlier work but in the HH. Highly recommended.
