I snagged a few yards of fleece today for $1.25 a yard. I have a cool idea I'm going to try out with this stuff.

    Fronkey,
This doesn't have anything to do with that codpiece thread from a little while back does it?

It is possible that they have different weights, but I just got 6 yards (comes to 10 square yards) of their navy ripstop today and it came out to 16 oz total; so what I got was 1.6 oz if it matters to any one. Its not so much the weight of things I am worried about though (only weighed it because I was currious), I am more of a bulk concerned person.

yeah and the local hancock fabrics here in Newport has coated ripstop for the sale price mentioned earlier in this thread. At least they did last week, i haven't been over there in a while to check if the sale's still going on. Oh and it measured 60” wide if that helps anyone. 2.50/yard thats a 12' hammock for about $8! Well, suspention and such extra, but there's no shipping costs buying local.
