Rite Aid has a camping section! LOL!!! I have only been to a Rite Aid to buy booze and cigarettes and that happens to be the front section of the store...so I never explored. Now they have a camping section? Whatever happened to what that store was intended for......err, what was it again? Medicine and health related products? Hahaha ohhh capitalism let your freedom bells ring!

    Thanks!

If you have a Grainger store nearby they may have them. I've seen them at the one near me. A couple of cents more but that's Grainger.

Or you can go straight to the source. They have all kinds of cool little gadgets and helpers. Figure 9s, S-biners, 'biner bottle openers, just to name a few. I like their rubber gear tie thingies for wrangling my tarp guylines.

[QUOTE=LeDude;507933]I haven't seen them at Walmart but Dicks, Harbor Freight and REI carry them for sure.

if your local Dicks doesn't stock them you can mail order it from the store with free shipping to your domicile.
I wasn't able to find anything on their web page though.

REI has a nice set with 8 feet reflective cords for $10.00

I snapped one of these plastic ones simply making my tarp tight. It was a waste of $10. The metal ones in the two packs, small size without the 'biner portion are the ones you want for ridgelines and guy lines that will see stress.

The only plastic Nite Ize that I trust under stress are the Dog Bones.

Edit to add: the part numbers used to make more sense...a Figure 9 small without the 'biner could be considered a Size 2 (the S-biners number size make more sense), and the Figure 9 *with* the 'biner is a slightly larger size 3. The small Figure 9 with 'biner is handy, but it's bigger and heavier for you gram weenies.
