Another great one, Fronkey! Thanks for sharing. Not many people get to see/hear pine martens (mean little *******s) in action. Good times!

Sorry I had to bug out so early - I had to sand some floors back in Duluth. You were snoring when I went past at 6:30, I hope the change to those trees I pointed out helped with the wind, I never got a chance to check out your setup. And I'm sure MrGreen didn't mention that the first three days he and I were out he didn't touch a fire, or even gather wood - I just wanted fire more than him, I guess. Seriously, it was a great trip and I wish you could have been on the first 45 miles as well. After Kiba took a chunk or two out of a few of us, she settled in real nicely! And I know you wanted to check out my rig. I guess it will have to be next time.

A great, but damp time in the woods.

Thanks man! There are plenty more of that in the future now that she's old enough to hike.

You know you're in good company when you still have a blast up there while being wet and mucky. We'll get back up there soon!

Thanks for taking us along on the hike. Even though it was wet it still looked like fun was had by all.

Are there many Pine Martin in that area ? We have them here in Newfoundland but not in large numbers.
I had never seen one before and from what I have heard they are incredibly rare. I was happy to get it on video. Thanks for watching!

    Loved those falls!

    Go kiba :-)
It was so much fun up there and I can't wait to take Kiba back up for some more miles. Thanks for watching!

From the sound that squirrel made, I got the impression there was something evil in those trees.

Thanks a lot for checking out my video!

It was a nice surprise to see you there for one night and I'm sure we'll be back out in the woods soon.

Kiba was funny because the next day she seemed to really like Mr. Green.

Really great camping with you man!

    KIBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

Oh yeah thanks for the video, too. I like how you refused to allow Kiba to sleep in the hammock after she went swimming, yet somehow she ends up right next to you. Hard to resist the little punim.

    Great video, Fronkey!

The SHT looks like a great place to go. I'm going to add that to my bucket list of trails.
