I am new to hammock camping, but not to cold winter camping. I have warm clothing but it is not something I would pack for a back pack trip. Will the hang site be a long hike in or will it be fairly close to where we would park our cars?

I'm extremely excited to do this in the north woods this year.
Thanks Stairguy for setting it up again.
Boogsy and I will try to get there early and help set up camp.
Looking forward to hangin with you other nuts again.
Cheers!
I think that is a good idea, fuel costs have nearly doubled since 2010 and the cost sharing would be good for both of us.
Looking forward to seeing you and Boogsy again

This is not a car camp trip! Gear has to be regulated as well clothing has to be regulated. If someone shows up, ready to walk in with a snowmobile suit. You need to turn away. I have posted the hardest I ever had to, and it is not my nature to do this. I'm a peace no violence kind of guy. But this is a trip for those ready for the harshest forms of weather not only at night, but thru the day.............and on a multiple day level...............
