    I too like how you set the tarp up, very cool. What knot do you use for the hammock suspension?

    The tarp and suspension kit looks cool...do you not have any need for a mozzie net - you are in Oz right?

    If you mean the knot at the biner, it's just a clove hitch backed up by a slippery half hitch.

    Hi, yes in OZ. In the years I have been hanging I have not really had a bug problem.
    I do have a HH if I need it but I like to topload.
    If the bugs are bad I sometimes put a mozzie coil on a rock under the tarp.

    Clove hitch, gotcha. I thought it might be a round turn with a half hitch.
