    1. With the foot end of the ridge cord, tie a loop into it that has an opening about 1" long.

    2. On the "foot" end of the hammock, connect that loop with a larks head to the suspension cord that comes from the body of the hammock:

    3. On the other end of your ridge-line cord make another knot and larks head that one to the mini biner so you can clip and unclip it from the support line on the "head" end of your hammock body. I think the Yukon has short lines to hooks that hook onto your tree suspension, in that case you could just have the loop go over that short line before you hook it to your tree suspension.

Like Sgt said, larkshead one end around the hammock suspension. Then you can use a biner or what I do is pull the whoopie through the ridgeline loop and let it hold it in place. I can take a pic tomorrow of what's setup in the yard right now.

Ok so I attach it to the rings and not the rope that ties the rings to the hammock

I would try splicing a locked Brummel at each end that one of the Dutch ridgeline biners to connect at one end and larks head the other. I would attach both to the rings at either end of your hammock if I'm visualizing your setup properly. You could order an adjustable ridgeline from Dutch and give that a spin. That way adjusting would be easy and you wouldn't have to worry about breaking it if you did put a load on it. http://www.outdoortrailgear.com/feat...ock-ridgeline/

I am very new to this here is what I did:
2 strand twist 550 paracord about 25ft with a loop whipped in
Small section of 550 tied in a loop and prusik knot on each side of the webbing suspension
Attach paracord to first prusik and run over to second and tie off
Be sure to leave some sag, then throw tarp over the top and stake it out
Then move both prusik knots away from each other until tarp is tight

I also run the ridge line up through a grommet hole on each side and put a stick through the created loop

Hope you understood that, it confused me a bit but it is easy
