VIDEO : shug, Grizz, and Hawk-eye team on this one

executive summary
----------------------
  • post-Linville Gorge hang (Fall 2009) someone in a post suggested to shug that he do a video on the packa.
  • In November I bought 2 packas, gifts for birthday and Christmas for my older sons. By Dec. 26 there would be 3 packas chez Grizz. I started to think of skit possibilities with all those packas.
  • Remembering the comment to shug, I suggested to him that we do a video together on the packa, he agreed
  • Someone suggested to Hawk-eye in a post that it would be fun to have a video done by shug, Hawk-eye, and me. Seeing this and knowing Hawk-eye has a packa, I invited him to join the project.
  • We all shot separately conceived comedy shots involving the packa. I got 'em and then had to try and figure a way of making them all mesh coherently.
  • Instead I made them mesh, period, kinda sorta.
  • shug and Hawk-eye have been great guys to work with remotely on this.

In short
---------
It took months of planning
It took weeks of shooting
It took days of post-production
It took hours to upload
It takes minutes to view
and it takes seconds to hit the "OFF" button

The Penurious Packa Players present Packa Pillowtalk

at least those of us not at Mt. Rodgers this weekend can try to have a little fun....

Made my afternoon. Great production. Kudos to all of you. Grizz, I never realized that you've got that Malcolm McDowell deranged look down pat. You've got his eyes.

Shug ever the dreamy thinker!!

TURTLE POWER!!!!!!!

Thanks again
