So first let me say communication with David at Hammeck was great and when he was away Lori was right on top of things. I went with a PolyD 1.2 Netty in brown no suspension. After placing my order I asked about ridgeline organizers. It isn't somethimg they advertise but can be added. Two pockets on one side three on the other and the middle can hold a water bottle.

Two weeks after placing my order I got a shipping notice! Wow faster then I thought it would be. With my suspension (4' Dutch huggers 7' amsteeel and HammockFan anchors) the whole package comes in at 448g that's less than a pound!

Craftsmanship is great and the PolyD 1.2 feels and looks great. I went left lay 10' and it is perfect for comfort. I will be getting more for my GF and daughter when they decide on prefered lay.

I got the nylon D hammeck and I think it is the most comfortable hammock I have. My warbonnet blackbird is almost equal. Been trying both of them indoors lately. I like them both.

Great pictures, thanks for sharing!

Wait... Are those shorts I see?! :scared: We're destined for about 6 inches of snow 'til the day is over, and it was under 20 degrees most of the day...

Thanks so much for your business, Seth! It was fun working with you, glad you like your Netty!

Yep shorts! Was sunny and nice here but that means the rain is coming back. I love the whole setup very compact and light. It gives a flat lie and the PolyD feels great. More comfortable then my WBBB 1.7 DL (that was a right lay though)

It was great working with you and you definitely have 2 more Hammecks to make for me.

Great review and pics! Just put my order in for a 10 ft. Netty 1.4 in Olive. Getting excited about lightening my Backpacking load by @ 13 oz by using the Netty and leaving my WBBB 1.7 DL at home.
Already the Mecks have impressed me with their customer service by answering all my emails immediately.
Thanks for taking the time to review Sethrotull. Hope you are enjoying your Hammeck!

I went with a PolyD 1.2 Netty in brown no suspension.

I also went with no suspension. Did yours come with the SRL or did you have to add it?

After placing my order I asked about ridgeline organizers. It isn't somethimg they advertise but can be added. Two pockets on one side three on the other and the middle can hold a water bottle.

I couldn't find any ridgeline organizers on their site at all. How much did they charge you to include one?

The Mecks are very nice folks to work with, just back from a hang with Meckie where we were both using our new ENVY S. The family tag teams the hammock build as each family member does different parts of the hammock build.

Got it out in the wild last weekend. My Yeti and Borrow 20 kept me warm to 30 degrees with regular clothes. Slept great. Set the whole thing up in the dark and loved

Not the best pic The colors are pretty stealth.
