So, since we've seen a few new members joining from the UK and many of them seem to be using a hammock from DD Hammocks, does anybody have one of these yet?
Looks pretty cool and I like the double entry.

Dont have it YET! but I have the DD Travel Hammock, difference is that the Mosinet only is zipped on one side on the travel...

Zipper on two sides must be better...

Also the new Frontline does not have the waterproof base as does the Travel one. :)

A friend who i camp with has modded his Travel to include zips both sides of the mozzie net and added his version of HH snakeskins. Looks very good. :D

I got my Frontline in the mail Saturday. Had too much to do (and too much rain) to try it out this weekend. I'll try to get a review up soon. It seems bigger than my TravelHammock, but that may just be first impressions. Definately made from different material than the travel hammock. Supposedly more breathable due to the noncoated bottom, and the new material.

Be good to hear your thoughts on it.:)

Well, initial impressions are favorable. Finally got to get out with it. I really like the ability to roll up the netting on both sides of the hammock, and tie it off on top. I often use my hammock for a chair, and getting the net out the way is really nice. The new material has a different texture than my travel hammock; it has a softer feel, and seems slightly coarser. Inside, it's almost translucent in the sunshine.

My biggest complaint with the travel model was that I often had sweat (or condensation) after a nights sleep under my sleeping bag, due to the coated bottom (I think). This was more noticeable in in below freezing weather, and especially in our warm Ky summers. We have already had some unseasonbly warm weather this spring, and I have'nt noticed any condensation in the Frontline yet.

Seems like another good product from DD.
