Recommendation for Kancamagus Highway, NH hammock friendly site

I'd like to get my dad back up to our family vacation spots on the Swift River along the Kancamagus somewhere.

We were poor tent campers at the time, so can anyone recommend a hammock friendly location up there, perhaps with sites right on the river?

Sawyer pond!! It's an easy 2 mile hike into plenty of tent platforms and trees galore for hammocks. Bring your suit so you can swim in the pond.

Thanks! We booked the Covered Bridge since it's the only one you can actually reserve. If it doesn't work out, maybe we'll setup at Sawyer Pond instead.
