View Full Version : Alpine Camo
Does anyone make a tarp and or underquilt in alpine camo. It's similar to multicam but mostly white and grey.

If you can locate the material somehow I'm sure you can find someone to make one for you.
Easier said then done.
Here's from predator.bdu.com
"1947 LLC has now released the MultiCam Alpine Camouflage on 500D Cordura for nylon gear and a lightweight 2 oz. Textured Nylon"

I saw the heavier Nylon quoted at
$18/yrd
You might look at Pencott - 'Snowdrift' camouflage. looks interesting with multiple zones of breakup
I was going to suggest contacting papa smurf at dream hammock, since he did a few alpine camo hammocks a while back. Then I noticed you have a Thunderbird in your member call out. Did you get one of the alpine camo hammocks and are trying to match it? I checked and don't see the material offered on the fabric options page, but maybe he can steer you in the right direction.
I do have a Thunderbird in Nightgrid. I got it when I lived in RI Now I'm in NH where Winter comes earlier and leaves later. The Alpine pattern intrigues me.
Here's the one i was thinking of. He called it Winter Camo.

I emailed Randy but Alpine Camo is unavailable. He'll let me know if that changes.
