Depending on the quilt it's anywhere from 1/2 ounce on a 50° quilt up to 1 1/2 oz on a 0° quilt. In addition you get a little better compressibility.

No taper quilts will be an ounce or two heavier due to extra fabric and baffle material, depending on length choice.
