I've been researching for months, vacillating over everything from down to synthetic, 3/4, 7/8, full size. It's easy to get lost in all of the options!! Finally I decided that everybody waiting in line for an Underground quilt can't be wrong. It was my birthday two weeks ago so........Happy Birthday to me!!118172

You will not regret it. I got one of the 7/8 lengths and it is a great UQ. While mine is rated to 20 degrees with 2 oz of overstuff, I have used it down to 9 degrees and felt I could have gone a least another 10 degrees colder with it.

I was leaning toward a synthetic 3/4 because I live in Oregon where there is plenty of fog and humidity that condenses on your gear, but I just couldn't get past the weight savings and compressability (is that a word??) of down v synthetic.
