I know this are on the boards doesn't get much traffic but I thought I'd give it a try. I am looking for an experienced thread injector to sew up a 10.5 ft Blackbird clone out of Hexon. I have no problem purchasing the fabric and such and shipping it to you. I can take care of the amsteel whipping and suspension if nessesary, I just don't have the ability (and right now the time) to make this happen on my own. Thanks in advance.

I bet if you were to contact Brandon at Warbonnett he would let you send him the fabric and make you a real blackbird out of your material.

Having made a clone and purchased the real deal, I'd do what Squirrel said...

Warbonnet doesn't take outside fabric.

Well that just stinks. Sorry, I really thought he would do it.

I did a clone, lot of work, second time around is normally easier. If I were selling hammocks as my business I would not use fabric supplied by the client, simply because of liability issues. Plus in a busy shop not designed for custom work it sometimes becomes difficult to keep custom fabric from being misplaced or lost, plus custom takes more time and thought.
