So we're set to start dyeing the next production lot of HEX70 XL, but I haven't pegged down the color lineup. Figured a poll would be fun...

I'd really like to see it in Moroccan Blue. Or a blue with a small dose of purple mixed in.

Moroccan Blue is pretty close to Vader Blue. Vader is a hair brighter.

Another vote for multicam or another good camo print....I get the feeling you're not looking for prints though, so second choice would be Coyote

Thanks for all the suggestions I do appreciate everyone's input. I would love to do XL camo prints, but really they aren't feasible right now. The XL fabrics are 100% made for us to spec. This means they're woven, dyed, and finished just for us. This increases the both the yardage minimums and price. It would just be too much to add a print minimum on top.

But keep asking and keep hoping. You never know what we'll cook up next. The support from this community is what makes these fabric innovations possible. THANK YOU.

After much deliberation, we're going with the following lineup:

Burnt Orange
Robin Egg Blue
Racing Red
Pure White
Olive Green
Coyote Brown
Hunter Green

Thanks for everyone's input! Choosing colors is always a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it.

I know I'm new here but, how did I miss this? I made an order of 2.2 and just received it today. Wish I would have waited, I bet I made my order the night before you posted up the new colors. Great service and very fast BTW! Oh well I'll quit whining, I'm still getting a killer heavy duty hammock.

Very very nice Kyle!

Wife says I have to finish my top quilt first before I get more tarps!
And this isnot the right material!

Don't worry you will be placing another order next week. It's just the way this DIY disease works. I have hammocks made thay I haven't even hung it, just couldn't resist the urge to buy the new material and make something.

That may be true but I just got like 20 plus yards of material from another vendor too besides the eight I just got from RSBTR. I have enough material to make 3 doubles and a single. Disease is right I made 3 hammocks in a weeks time including ridgelines, whoopies, straps and toggles all diy!

I test hang all mine right after I finish them, usually its around midnight or 1 am but they still get a test hang just to feel the material.

I was thinking just like you except I don't think I need 2 12 foot double layer hammocks made from 2.2hex, I only weigh 205-215lbs.

I would like to say that Kyle, Justin and everyone at RSBTR have been awesome to work with and responded so fast to help me out. They spent more time than I am really worth.
Thanks Guys, I love your service and fabrics!
