snakeskin kit?

I would love to see a snakeskin kit made available. The problem now is that, for a one piece 12' snakeskin, one would need to buy 4 yards of fabric. With a width of 54", that is a lot of unused fabric.

I do wish Kyle at RSBTR would take the kit idea and run with it as well. In my case, I'd love an ATACs-FG snakeskin, but like mentioned in the OP, I don't want to buy 4 yards of material in order to get a complete seam free snakeskin. I "have" to use camo for it, so standard flat colors just don't work for me.

Glad to see that Dutch has one available, surprised that I missed it until now. If only it was in a camo noseeum..

BanjoPicker- volunteer to DIY 3-4 extras on the FS/FT forum [54" would give several at 11"-13" widths each] with the understanding that it would be a couple of weeks between payment and delivery.
Easy enough to make up if you have use of a thread injector, and I bet some of our folks here would love to grab one.

I have actually considered it. But at the moment I have several other DIY projects in the works. I don't want to get DIYed out! But maybe once the others are done I will try what you said.

I may do the same thing on Reflectix freeze dried meal cozies. I just bought a 16" x 25 foot roll to make a couple of cozies. I might have a tad left over. :)
