Just posted my latest YT video including a pic of my Hennessy replete with Supershelter! Aravaipa would make a great Hammock Hang location, but for hikers only, it's not a "drive to the campsite" kinda place. It's about a 6 mile hike to the first major campsite area, but there are plenty of trees there to hang from. Let me know if you have an interest, I'm always ready and willing to backpack Aravaipa!

That's 2!

People tell me April is the best time with all the wildflowers in bloom. Haven't done April yet myself. It gets into the 100's in summer, but it's tolerable because you are walking in water. In the scene with the millipede you can see droplets on the rock next to it, that was sweat dripping off me as I filmed it...

Real good job and amazing place. The voice over style makes your video very different from others.

You need to come down and hike it with me. I know you don't like hot weather, this time of year the high is in the 60's during the day, and in the canyon last weekend the low every night was 32.
