Winter Dream tie out reinforcement

On UGQ website the picture of the Winter Dream tarp appears to show a tie out reinforcement patch. On some more recent pics it looks like the tie out is attached to the grosgrain edging. Is that how the Winter Dream is made now?

Old picture of an old tarp, we are working on updating images as well as website. New tarps have no reinforcement panels on the guy outs or ridgeline been using this detail for two years with no reported failures.
