For my Amok Draumr. The burnt orange tarp matches the Amok red perfectly. Thanks Jared for great workmanship and 24 hour turnaround!! Me so happy.

What material or material options for the tarp? Looks like you used some sort of spreader bars/wands across the top? Good to know there are tarp options coming on line for the 90* aficionados!

Just back from 4 days of hiking the Highlands trail in Algonquin Park, Ontario, Canada. The SLD 90° Winter Haven worked very well, and got a good test of high wind and rain.

Don't have experience yet with that effect, we got up about sunrise plus the trees pretty much blocked any sun effect while I was still in it. As you probably know, Jared offers a variety of colors. My first time out with it, but quite pleased so far.

I love my SLD 90 degree tarp. I opted for the pole mod and I'm glad I did. It makes the tarp a roomy dome of fun.

Thanks for the "test" report. Looks nice. I found I preferred the yellow colored Golight Hex3 tents over the Forest Green tents because the yellow seemed to provide a lot of extra cheery "sunshine" in the evenings and mornings.

Thanks Rob. Lowest temp was 51°F, bugs weren't bad at any of the 3 campsites. Mosquitoes were quite numerous during sections of the rainy day hike. Plan on using the SLD tarp again next month in NC for a 2 night loop.

I bought my first "Mountain Tent" in yellow, so I would have a nice glow to awake to. Back in those days Western Oregon was grey and drizzly most of the time. Nice to wake up to a warm glow, before looking outside at grey drizzle.

I have a Marpat tarp from SLD, LOVE IT.
