I made an asymmetric tarp from MEMBRANE silpoly, and while it seems like it ought to work, it likes to "ruffle" at the ridgeline. I'm considering making a sleeve at each of the tie-out corners so I can put a pole across the tarp from underneath to use that extra material to get some more headroom. Has anyone tried something like this before? What do you think would be the best way to make this a) easy to set up/take down, b) easy to make, and c) keep the pole in the correct position? I suspect that just a sleeve on each corner won't be enough to hold the pole in position, so a hook or loop at the top/center might be required.
