We go from a ~+15 USD price difference per increment between 40F to 0F, and then a +69 USD difference going to -10F.

What changes about the quilt when it goes from 0F to -10F that causes the abnormal jump in base price?

The below zeros are only offered in 900 fill.. The others give you an option between 800 and 900fp and the price you see is 800.

In addition to higher standard fill there are baffles that need to be custom cut, 30% thicker draft collars, and heavier suspension. Once you go sub zero there is more involved in building the quilt. It's not just an extra couple ounces of down.
