does anyone know how to take the ropes off a ENO Doublenest
This is perhaps a cop out and too easy of an answer, but I found the knots on mine too difficult to untie due to tightness. The actual knot is buried down one side of the end channel, so you have to do some manipulation to even expose it. I just ended up cutting the cord so I could remove it from the end channel. I initially did one, keeping the other intact to study when I replaced the suspension with new cord and cinch buckles. A few months later though, I ended up removing that too and feeding the fixed end of an amsteel whoopie sling through the channel and larks heading it through itself.

I agree just cut it that's what I did. I assume your putting whoopies on your double.

Yeah dude just cut it, the rope is kind of worthless.

On mine they were just fed through the hemmed ends. I was able to un-tie the rope and remove it. I fed through my whoopie sling line instead.
How are your ropes connected?

I am using chain link from AHE for now
ya time to change suspension systems not sure what system im going with yet clich buckle or a UCR
I really like those dutch clips fast on and off

I agree... Just cut it if you are planning on replacing it.
I was able to untie mine, but once you load some knots, they are a bear to get undone.

yup, I just cut mine and attached a whoopie sling.
