Was wondering if anyone has hiked any portions of the Southern Alps of Japan?
Planning on a summer trip (July/Aug) and had questions and bounce ideas.
Currently thinking of following routes:

Start at Hirogawara trailhead - Mt Kita - Mt Aino - Mt Noutori - end at Narada trailhead (red 3-4 days)
Start at Hirogawara trailhead - Mt Kita - Mt Aino - Mt Mibu - Mt Shioni - end at Torikura trailhead (green 4 days)
Start at Kitatoge trailhead - Mt Senjoga - Mt Kita - Any of the trailheads previously mentioned (Yellow 4 days?)
