Elastic Velcro Sources

Anyone know of a source for elastic velcro? I'm looking for straps about 1" wide by about 12-18" long. I want to make straps with it to cinch down different items. For example, I want to strap my hammock to my bike rack. A strap with a looplock on it would be fine, but I really just want the elastic velcro material so that I can make my own straps.

The only velcro I can find locally is the rigid type. I know they make such a thing because I had one until I lost it during my recent move.
