I bought a roll of padding from ThinLight Insulation from Gossamer Gear. http://www.gossamergear.com/cgi-bin/gossamergear/thinlight.html
I saw a step by step post from someone that i really liked and now i can't find it again, I was wondering if anyone knew where it was? It was instructions that illustrated putting 2 pieces together so it left a pocket in the middle. Can anyone help me out?

Sounds like you're talking about a SPE or wing pad. I'd recommend searching for those.

I think this is what you were looking for. Sgt. Rock's pocket pad. This link is to the page on his website where he shows how to make it. I'm pretty sure I've seen it on this site too but can't find it now! Had this bookmarked because I plan to try making one myself!:D
