Just Ordered The Katahdin

Just ordered a Katahdin from Jacks R Better today. This product looks awesome and I think it will supplement my IX UQ as an additional insulating layer for cold winter nights...quite nicely!

I also like how it could serve as a TQ if I need it to be.

Many thanks to Jack for helping me figure out the overstuff of this quilt. I ordered it with 2 ounces of overstuff that should give me a fluffy 4 inches of loft! :)

Saying the Katahdin will supplement an IX UQ is like saying your steak will supplement your salad. I wish I were small enough to use one of those alone. I can clear the 38" waist requirement, but I'm not clearing the 42" jacket part.

Post some pics! I've only seen the large quilts on their web site.
